My CMK appraisal was prompt, professional, completed in a timely manner, and handled by Christian. He was quick to respond via emails and always answered the phone. He's well versed in LG properties, conducted the necessary research for a retrospective appraisal (for the estate), a current, and fairly accounted for the home's condition. Oh and he gladly traveled around the lake to make the appraisal; earned his review.
